It all validates and I think looks pretty good. Let me know what you think! My email address is at the bottom of the page. Blog Entry: 11-30-2010It has been a very busy semester and I am glad to see it coming to a close. I have learned a lot from this class. I had no idea how far behind the new web standards I was. I hope my classmates enjoyed this class as well. Blog Entry: 11-10-2010Just got done with my new Photo Album page. It took a little while longer but, I was able to put the rounded corners on all of the thumbnail pictures. I hope you enjoy looking at my pictures. Blog Entry: 11-1-2010It has been a busy couple weeks at work. Too many projects to little time. Just trying to get all the homework finishing up for my HTML class. Blog Entry: 10-19-2010Just got the finishing touches done on my MidTerm Project. My wife and I would love to go Scotland someday so, that is what I choose for my favorite vacation spot. Scotland: Come to visit, come to live! Blog Entry: 10-8-2010I have version v1.3 of my PHP based Server Monitoring Tool. I have added an Auto-Refresh feature to automattically re-check the status of the network devices at a user defined time. I have also added an Email Alerting feature that will email an administrator everytime the page is refresh, or according to the Auto-Refresh Delay time. Check it out. Go to the Development Projects page. http://sourceportservices.com Blog Entry: 9-24-2010I made a very cool tool for monitoring the status of a network server a few weeks ago. It is programmed using PHP and has an easy to configure array for the settings of the network device you want to monitor. You need to copy it to a web server running PHP, then use a text editor to configure the correct settings for your device or devices, and refresh the page when you want to check the status. This gives you at a glance UP or DOWN network status on any server with an IP address and a Listening port. Go here to try it out. Just putting the finishing touches on my first version of my personal website for the HTML Class. I hope you like the design and that it is easy to use. Please let me know what you think.
